How do I register?
Create an account at /signup, verify your email, then pick a category at /register.
Which payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa STK Push, Visa/Mastercard (via Zed Payments hosted checkout), bank transfer, and Airtel Money.
Can I change my registration later?
You can edit any field until an admin approves it. After approval, contact support to request a change.
Are booth prices negotiable?
No — published tiers are final. VIP pavilion booths include bespoke build-out and must be booked through the events team.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, with dedicated bays for exhibitors. Bring your registration QR code to expedite entry.
Will sessions be live-streamed?
Keynotes and panel sessions stream to our YouTube channel. See /live during event days.
Accessibility — is the venue wheelchair-friendly?
Yes — all visitor routes are step-free and accessible toilets are available in the main hall.
